Energy and Body Weight, offered by IEDNC Inc., is an online-based coursed designed to introduce the fundamentals of energy balance, intake, and expenditure for an active and healthy lifestyle. The modules explore elements like energy balance, overweight and obesity, nutritional interventions, etc. that contribute to maintaining a healthy level for both energy as well as body weight. Through a series of modules and interlinking units, learn about three major aspects of energy expenditure, as well as the classification, etiology and consequences of various aspects of health through a comprehensive approach.
